- Take the pre-printed Fedex return label
out of your box or find
it with your purchase order/reciept (if you can't
find this we can provide one for you).
- Step 2:
- Repack the returning fuser
in the packing that was
provided in your shipment (you don't need to send back your old rollers).

- Attached the
prepaid shipping label on to the box.

For faster service of your warranty upgrade please send back your fuser core or transfer belt as soon as you can. A prepaid return label was provided with your order. Like mentioned above if you no longer have the return label, we can send you a replacement label just email us your order number and your request for a return label to
