• If your item is damaged, incorrect and does not work and deemed our fault we will refund return or exchange you item at no cost to you.
• If you ordered the wrong item or simple don't like an item you ordered we still offer a return.For this return we charge the shipping cost and a small 20% restocking fee. Also, the customer is responsible for return shipping and handling 
• All toners, rollers, trays and select printer parts get a 30 warranty from the date of purchase which we will provide you return shipping and shipment of a new item.
•  If we are out of stock of your item we will kindly offer you a refund. 
• New OEM fusers come with a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. If your items, stops working and is no fault of your own we will offer you a refund or replacement of that fuser at no cost to you. 
• Refurbished fusers, transfer belts and power supplies come with a 180 day warranty from the date of purchase. 
•  All orders are processed immediately. If you wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed you may not cancel your order. You will have to wait until you received the item and return the item as a return in most cases you will be charge the small restocking fee , shipping and handling and will be charged for return shipping and handling.
