• All New OEM fusers come with a 90 day warranty (or 3 months) from the date of purchase. If your items, stops working and is no fault of your own we will offer you a refund or replacement of that fuser within the warranty period.
• Refurbished fusers, Refurbished transfer belts and power supplies come with a 180 day warranty replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
• Both New OEM and Refurbished fusers have a 90 day (or 3 month) refund period. After the 90 days only a replacement will be offered as your warranty coverage.
• All wear parts come with a 30-90 warranty depending on the product. If a warranty is not listed in the product page and is not Laser toner our standard warranty for these products is 30 day

• Every product that we offer an exchange are eligible for an extended warranty.
• If you purchase a new OEM fuser or transfer belt we will provide all customers the ability to Upgrade the warranty for 3 extra months, which is up to double the standard warranty on select products

• Toner purchases for Laser printers comes with a 14 day warranty with a refund or exchange Please follow the instructions on our Product Returns page sending in a return
• Refurbished Laser printer comes with a 90 Day limited warranty return, exchange or repair.
•  Final note: Our warranties are for product defect or damages with units. Warranties are not for the simple reason that you do not like the item. If you return an item simple because it is not something you liked or order the wrong item. A warranty claim for this reason will be denied. The return will be treated as a product return.which is subject to restocking fee and all shipping fees associated with the order.
